David E Baker EdD - Chief Operating Officer

For over twenty years David grew educational programs by raising the academic and behavioral expectations of students, growing the budgeted operations, and developed partnerships with local districts to drive award winning schools.  This would not have been possible without building dynamic teams who were committed to the success of our students and always striving for academic excellence.

He has also served as Dean of Student Services, School Retention Officer and Athletic Director at Central Penn College. David successfully grew admissions through athletics, increasing student retention by developing student centered initiatives, raising funds to make the athletic program financially viable, and ensuring our marginalized students had a voice within the Central Penn Community.
